We are seeking a friendly and motivated Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team!

Job Summary:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. You'll be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, assisting with sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet customers and answer phones in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist customers with product selection and provide information about features, benefits, and pricing of outdoor power equipment and accessories.

Use parts diagrams to help customers identify the correct parts for their needs (spark plugs, filters, blades, belts, etc.).

Process sales transactions, including handling cash, checks, and credit card payments.

Maintain inventory of retail items and assist with stocking shelves.

Assist with light administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

A basic understanding of mechanical terms (e.g., engine, carburetor, filter, blade) or a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
