Property Manager

Looking for an experienced rental property manager, to manage our Leon county portfolio.

Most work will be remotely, and on field. Candidate must be experienced and dedicated with strong organizational and communication skills. Will be responsible for all aspects of property management.

Responsibilities include:

Collecting rent and handling delinquent accounts accordingly.

Handling all details of move-ins and move-outs.

Ensuring timely follow up regarding maintenance requests

Inspecting and evaluating the property, recording deficiencies and notifying tenants to take any corrective actions.

Assisting in marketing and sales initiatives for the company

Managing the administrative work of the property such as handling city citations and permits, and any request from public bodies.

Meeting with tenants about issues regarding the property.

Handle tenant emergency calls 24/7

Coordinating with vendors regarding vendors work orders and following up on tenant needs and requests.

Preparing tenant correspondence, including late payment notices and notices.

All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
