Job Description

Do you enjoy providing excellent service and building lasting customer relationships? We are currently searching for a full-time Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. The Customer Service and Sales Representative focuses on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty and advocating for the customer. You will be primarily focused on customer acquisition and generating revenue for our clients. The Customer Service and Sales Representative will also serve customers by managing relationships, actively communicating with customers, and proactively anticipating customers' needs.

• Act as the liaison between our clients and their consumers to promote a positive purchasing experience.

• Handle customer questions effectively while being determined to hit your sales targets.

• Retain and utilize product knowledge to help consumers discover how our products meet their everyday needs.

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance consumers' buying experience and drive profitable sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized, multitask skills and attention to detail are a must.

• Strong verbal and communication skills.
