Kelly Services is looking for Inbound Customer Service Representatives in Fort Myers for a busy medical center. Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: $15-16.50 (depending on experience) Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm OR 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Ft Myers, FL 33912Job Description:The Contact Center Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a team-based environment. As an inbound contact center CSR, it is important to have a friendly and empathetic customer advocate approach to assisting customers. The ability to speak clearly and concisely and remain patient and calm in escalating situations is critical. This position requires the CSR to be adaptable and organized. The CSR handles incoming calls (inquiries, complaints, scheduling, taking messages, records requests etc.) and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.Requirements: High School Diploma / GED / or equivalent education preferred. 1 year of High volume /Contact Call Center experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish / English is an advantage in this position.Additional Info: Training is Mandatory- Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm ( 6 weeks paid training) Masks must be work in the common areas and when facing peer…not while on the phone.
