SALES ASSOCIATE - Full Time

Aminov Jewelry Company is a wholesaler and retailer of Fine Gold and Diamond Jewelry, established in 1996, in Downtown Miami.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with product demonstrations, manage transactions, and maintain the overall appearance of the store. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.

Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.

Conduct product demos to engage customers and promote sales.

Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings.

Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills:

Ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service.

Bilingual English/Spanish, but perfect English a MUST.

Strong computer literacy including expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Web search.

Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be well organized, responsible, and extremely attentive to detail.

Minimum 10 years of working experience.

Must pass a background check and drug test

This is a full-time position.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (Shomer Shabbat)

No jewelry experience necessary – we will train the right candidate
