Regional Operations Director Needed

Revolution Field Strategies is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the role of Regional Operations Director in Ft. Lauderdale. Operations managers will help manage the day to day operations of a paid field program. This position is open immediately, with contracts running through Election Day.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing the daily and long-term operations of the campaign throughout multiple offices in their region;

Collecting, inspecting, and reporting hiring documents for verification;

Checking payroll reports and office expenses for accuracy;

Maximizing campaign efficiency and accuracy in reporting;

Ensuring reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date, actionable data and information to campaign leadership; and,

Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong management, communication and organizational skills;

Proven ability to motivate and work alongside a diverse group of staff;

Ability to work a demanding schedule and be available long hours, seven days a week through the length of the program; and

At minimum, 1-2 cycles of campaign experience.

Training:

Operations Directors will receive extensive training and support from senior leadership.

Expectations:

Potential campaign staff will be expected to work campaign hours, up to 80 hours per week, leading up to the end of the program.

Salary/Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with experience. The operations director will be considered employees of Revolution Field Strategies.
