Jr. Title Processor/Post Closer

Full Time Title Processors needed in Miami Lakes Law Firm. These positions will focus on real estate closings and issuance of title insurance. Duties will include opening files, introduction emails to relevant parties, file/status tracking, e-recording, mailing out disbursements, and post closing title updates.

Sought after skills and knowledge areas include timeliness, excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail orientation, computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and ability to work independently in a high volume environment.

Knowledge on the use of Doubletime, Propel, and ATIDS, is preferred. Salary will be based on experience and knowledge areas.
