Title Company Post Closer

Law firm/Title company seeks experienced post closer. 2-3 years experience required as a post closer. Must be able to ship and disburse a residential or commercial real estate closing file, upload and track erecorded documents, update title, issue title policies, track releases and other post closing duties. Landtech experience preferred. Microsoft word, excel and outlook required. Qualified candidates only, please. Candidates will be tested. Pay commensurate with experience. Insurance and 401 benefits after period of time.
