RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER Needed (Full OR Part Time!)

ASSISTANT MANAGER needed for a successful (and growing!) fast-casual restaurant in beautiful Boca Raton, FL.

Work FULL-TIME (5 shifts/wk) OR PART-TIME (3-4 shifts/wk) – YOUR CHOICE!

= = QUALIFIED MANAGERS ONLY, PLEASE! = =

1. RESTAURANT leadership experience (Manager, Supervisor, Shift Leader) with strong supervisory & leadership skills. Particular experience with fast-casual operations (power bowls, sandwich/sub shops, ice cream, frozen yogurt, smoothies, coffee shops, etc.) preferred, but NOT required.

2. Must have the talent, personal ambition, and professional demeanor to advance up to General Manager. Able to play a major role on the opening team of a new location in Delray Beach, opening in March!

3. Dynamic personality with great people skills and focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Able to establish close rapport with employees and customer (most of whom are locals and regulars).

4. Hands-on and hard-working, who trains & leads by example. Proven ability to take ownership and run a busy operation smoothly and independently, without having to be babysat – and to ensure absolute CLEANLINESS at all times. Strong people skills, including hiring, training, motivating, and mentoring staff. A team player, who runs a happy crew.

5. Able to work Opening shift (9:00 – 3:00) OR Closing shift (3:00 – 10 pm).

6. Stable track record (no 'job jumpers'), with good professional references. Committed to career development and advancement with this highly successful local restaurant. Willing & able to pass background check, drug screening, proof of citizenship, and/or other screening procedures. Able to start ASAP!

ALSO PREFERRED (but NOT required): Florida Food Handler Certification. College and/or Culinary degree. Particular experience with fast-cas operations such as power bowls, sub shops, frozen yogurt, ice cream, coffee shops, etc. Lives nearby and already familiar with the Boca Raton / Delray Beach market.
