Private Chef needed one month (2/14-3/14)

Family in need of a private chef for one month from February 14th through March 14th to give relief to their current chef. The principal is an elderly woman but will have family and guests come and go during this time. No more than four people to serve on any day. Lunch and dinner only, shift is 10:00am - 7:00pm with Wednesdays off. Six day work week. Salary in $1,300/week, cash. Informal household and service but they appreciate good food and presentation. Lunch consists of a main course (salad, sandwich, etc) and a dessert. Dinner consists of three courses. First course as a soup, salad or composed dish and the main course and finally a dessert.
