RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Product Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Core Responsibilities: Manage product development lifecycle end-to-end, from client-approval throughcompletion, including discovery, requirement documentation, visual design,development, QA, UAT, launch, and monitoring in production Work with engineering teams within the agile/scrum methodology, facilitate sprintplanning, and assist with execution of sprints Prioritize engineering tasks and bugs within the sprints and releases Use agile processes to optimize the return on development work, keep things simple,and maximize -work not done" Anticipate issues (e.g., timing, resource availability) and proactively escalate as needed Complete post-release evaluations to assess the results that were achieved Assist with developing acceptance criteria & test cases as needed Support business, marketing, and quality teams as needed Validate product UI/UX effectiveness and identify weak points using product analytics

REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years' product management in mobile app development or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and a collaborative mindset Superior critical thinking and problem solving skills Experience with JIRA or similar issue management tools Capable of self-direction and extended independent work

Nice to Have: Mobile games industry and/or app monetization experience Experience developing products in international markets Previous startup experience
