Description of Role/Responsibilities: Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician for a contract to hire role with one of our clients in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technical support experience including at least 1 year in a large enterprise multi site environment. You will be responsible for responding to an updating trouble tickets for our client's corporate locations. This will be an onsite position and will involve supporting users for OS , Application, and Network issues. Candidates should have experience with SCCM and Windows 10, as well as understand basic networking protocols.
