DISPATCHER

We are a 24hr call center seeking full-time employees with great communication and listening skills.

Morning- 7am to 3pm

Evenings- 3pm to 11pm

Overnight- 11pm to 7am

Job Requirements : Must speak fluent english (bilingual is a plus)

Must be responsible and be able to arrive to work and on time

Must have great attention to detail.

Must have a professional and polite personality

Computer proficient

Have strong customer service background (in person or on the phone)

Must be able to consistently work well with others and in groups. (Team player)

Job Description : Attending to new customers

Attending to existing customers

Attending to technicians

Relaying messages both verbally and typed
