This position is responsible for answering inbound calls. As well as, making outbound calls and ensuring the customer is 100% satisfied. You will be managing and scheduling our technician's routes and jobs.

(Phone sales/Customer Service/Scheduling/Invoicing)

- Receive inbound calls and record significant information.

- Utilize interpersonal communication to send and manage various services.

- Enter data in the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, jobs, and other information.

- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to an online environment

- Fast typing with experience in data entry

- Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations

- Proficient in English and Spanish (oral and written)

- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities

- Active listener with excellent communication skills

- Sound judgment and critical thinking

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;

- Superb verbal and written communication skills
