General Responsibilities The Associate Business Analyst will report into the Director Project Management supporting the Central Back Office Team, Centralized Maintenance Team, and Special Projects team. This role is responsible for supporting analysis and analytical review. Strong business skills coupled with business intelligence methodologies including SQL Server, Data Warehousing, and knowledge of AWS system Analysis of Central Back Office data and vended maintenance including scorecard update and reports to drive change and results Translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as, Project Managers, Finance, Analytics and Tools Team, and Operations teams Must have experience creating and making presentations using PowerPoint Knowledge of Rental Car business is a strong plus. Essential Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting Professional Experience: Fleet Maintenance experience is a plus Experience in rental car operations is a plus 1+ year(s) experience as an associate analyst a plus Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access Understanding and experience in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Visio, and Project is a plus Proficiency in Tableau and SQL Developer (Microsoft and/or Oracle) Database creation and sustainability preferred including Access, SQL Server, and/or Oracle Programming in R, Python, HTML, JavaScript, .Net, and SQL preferred Organized and driven to implement sustainable processes Skills: Determination, enthusiasm and energy Highly self-motivated and directed with an attention to detail Initiative, imaginative and pragmatic Ability to identify problems, make decisions, create solutions and take action.
