Join eXcell and enjoy our generous employee benefits!We are currently hiring for an experienced onsite Desktop Support Technician II to support our customer at their location in Doral, FL A Desktop Support Technician II provides technical assistance to customers regarding various hardware and software applications. Their main duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing different technical issues, assessing and understanding user needs and issues and recommends technical fixes to end usersResponsibilities:
- General Hardware Troubleshooting and Break / Fix repairs of Laptops & Desktops
- Identification, prioritization, resolution / fulfilment of customer incidents
- Coordinates, diagnoses, and troubleshoots incoming customer inquiries
- Provides case status updates
- Implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines
- Works directly with end users to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems
- Responds to and completes customer requests for services
- Provides technical support to internal customers
- Supports / troubleshoots network problems
- Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company
- CompTIA A+
- 5+ years of proven deskside support experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. Achieves SLA attainment rate of 90% or above
- Extensive experience working with Windows 7/10 and Mac OS
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and end users
- Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company
- Experience supporting a conference room with familiarity in AV hardware / software
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Bi-lingual preferred English / Spanish
