RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Doral, FL that is seeking a OneTrust Administrator.
Responsibilities: The OneTrust Administrator will perform day-to-day administrative responsibilities on OneTrust Platform, including but not limited to user management, including onboarding, roles and permissions, and troubleshooting Hands-on support using OneTrust for modules such as Vendor and Third-Party Risk Management, IT Risk Management, Exception Management and Policy Management Maintain integrity of data and processes in OneTrust Supporting the team with OneTrust assessments, enhancements and solution design Evaluating assessments for Risk Management, including Third Parties and DPIAs Cleanup of data in OneTrust platform Resolving OneTrust support issues As a OneTrust Administrator, you will be managing and implementing enhancements based on customer feedback, upgrade and updates to OneTrust platform Build integration with other tools such as Qualys, ServiceNow, etc. Participate in the design, development and implementation of new business initiatives involving OneTrust Provide OneTrust consulting services to business and IT owners and stakeholders Interface with technical teams, stakeholders and leadership teams to translate requirements, into actionable items to design and develop solutions on the platform Implement reporting of KPIs and KRIs related to Security Risk and Compliance Create technical articles based on solutions for customers Develop and update training material Create and maintain platform documentation and knowledge articles The OneTrust Administrator will provide user training to OneTrust users in the organizations based on their rolesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields OneTrust certified Professional or Expert Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC or CIPP are a plus 5+ years of experience in software development, professional services, solution engineering and design, architecture, administration and/or technical consulting 2 year of hands-on experience using OneTrust (can be as a user) Experience in TPRM, DPIA, Data Mapping including assessments in Records of Processing Activity and Vendor Risk Management Experience in Policy Management and Risk Management implementations Knowledge of the NIST, ISO, SOX and PCI DSS frameworks is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Effective customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills Proven analytical and organizational skills to independently work on multiple projects, and meet deadlines while ensuring quality results Working knowledge of system integrations including connection types, authentication, and general transformation practices Understanding of high-level concepts of distributed systems and Windows Administration Familiarity with information technology, systems, compliance and security concepts, practices, and procedures Ability to apply IT-related knowledge and experience in solving compliance issues and debugging skills of a complex environment Excellent analytical, assessing, and problem-solving abilities Must have demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical, non-technical and cross functional teamsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
