55 plus Manufactured Home Community seeks an experienced, skilled motivated individual to join our maintenance team.

Job Description

We are an EEO company with a drug free workplace. Opening for a part-time (24 – 32 hours per week) maintenance technician/groundskeeper.

Qualifications

Valid FL Driver’s License

Pass criminal background check and drug screening

Three years’ experience in similar work environment

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Able to work outside year round

Knowledgeable in light plumbing and mechanical duties

Basic computer skills

Able to read/write reports and work orders

Work well with senior citizens maintaining a professional demeanor

Capable of following instructions, work with others as well as independently
