As the Lead Generation Marketing Manager, the primary function is to develop and optimize campaigns and programs for TeamViewer Tensor, our enterprise exclusive product that will deliver net new account acquisition and lead generation. This data driven marketer will be focused on driving funnel efficiency, increasing the overall ROI, using persona targeting and programmatic optimization strategies. They will work alongside the marketing team to ensure the overall funnel conversion is aligned with industry benchmarks.  The primary responsibilities are: Responsible for building and managing multiple integrated digital campaigns and ensure proper targeting to achieve pipeline and billings goals for TeamViewer Tensor. Daily review of marketing scorecard and reports to monitor lead flow by channel. Working closely with sales teams on ABM go to market and support personalized campaigns that deliver results and drive customer engagement. Assisting with third party vendors for program set-up and reporting. Collaborate with the wider Americas marketing team to establish and optimize campaign journeys across all the buying stages and digital channels. Provide input and direction on overall conversion performance for each channel and work in collaboration with marketing stakeholders to make improvements.Improving the funnel conversion rate percentage at each stage, while identifying new innovative market opportunities and strategies to deliver lead generation.
