RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Pricing Manager in Boca Raton, FL.
Overview:The Pricing & Profitability Manager drives value capture by developing and implementing pricing and promotional strategies for company consumer sales business. The Manager will be working with cross-functional teams to measure performance and profitability across the product and service portfolio, evaluate new business initiatives, report on promotional performance and price realization, and designing and implementing various pricing strategies and programs. The Manager will manage, organize, and validate large volumes of transactional data related to company sales, installations, consumer financing, and existing customer database. The Manager will be required to understand data flows and system interfaces in multiple systems to successfully manage their processes and provide support to downstream business partners.Key Responsibilities: Pricing Manager will work with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to evaluate the pricing and profitability of new and existing products, services, promotions, and programs Capture, integrate, and analyze transactional level data in support of ongoing and ad-hoc decisions impacting pricing, marketing, consumer financing, and subscriber economics Develop pricing recommendations and strategies that increase sales, reduce attrition, and improve profitability, incorporating sales and marketing feedback and competitive intelligence Support the ongoing evaluation of the Consumer Sales go-to-market pricing strategy and portfolio design Development and maintenance of pricing performance database and reporting As a Pricing Manager, you will partner with data analytics teams to improve data accuracy and integrity and enhance reporting capabilitiesREQUIREMENTS: Undergraduate degree required; MBA or another advanced degree preferred Five (5) to seven (7) plus years of prior related experience required Outstanding cross-functional teamwork and collaboration Knowledge of pricing tools, techniques, and methods Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written, oral, and graphical communication skills Capable of working under tight time constraints in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Experience with subscription-based business model preferred Experience understanding, communicating, and prioritizing business requirements Understanding of financial valuation metrics such as NPV, IRR, and DCF Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Access Ability to use SQL and other database tools such as power BI to analyze and manipulate large amounts of dataKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
