RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client in Boca Raton, F is seeking an experienced Cloud Project Manager to support several projects associated with the organization's evolution strategy.

Summary:The Cloud Project Manager will be responsible for building a culture of agile, incident management processes, and Program governance over cloud projects. The role requires working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative culture where teamwork is a core tenant within the organization.

Following are the key areas of focus: Project Management of various initiatives and working with 3rd party vendors Champion the Agile process Familiar with ITIL process including incident management Basic knowledge of public cloud, preferably AWS

Your Role: Cloud Project Manager will lead projects from scope definition through project closure, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation Collaborate and maintain a partnership with key stakeholders and project team members Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, track project quality and performance standards, and assess and manage risk within and across, multiple projects Plan and direct schedules of the project team Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs As a Cloud Project Manager, you will develop detailed work plans, schedules, project timelines, and status reports Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, collaborating with project staff from various functional groups Provide project status updates Define and implement Incident management process using ITIL standards Build proper agile process

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or relevant Business/Information Technology experience, preferred PMP certification required Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant project management and/or management experience Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the software development and technology domain Have some experience working with Cloud or data center operations team Experience with Smartsheet or similar project planning products Basic understanding of cloud environment Have experience in implementing Agile methodologies An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills A decisive individual who has a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and a strong operational focus Ability to lead a cross-functional project team and work with peers in a team effort Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work independently without direct supervision Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate in a highly collaborative environment
