Architectural Project Coordinator

Job DescriptionOur client is currently looking for an Architectural Project Coordinator to join their Architectural Studio in Orlando.

This person will be responsible for producing construction documents, coordination with MEP, responding to permitting comments, and assisting with construction administration.

They will be supporting multiple projects, with fast turnaround times and deadlines, mostly with nationwide retail and restaurant clients.

As this person develops and their desire for more responsibility increases, they will have the opportunity for management and client related duties

Qualifications:2+ years of experience working on commercial architecture projects

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent experience working for an architecture firm

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and Microsoft Office products are required

Revit is a plus

Architectural licensure or path to licensure are not required, but a plus

Extensive experience with preparation of construction documents

Working knowledge of zoning and building codes

Knowledge and understanding of MEP drawings and systems

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to be a team player, as well as work independently
