Real Estate Marketing Coordinator

Fast growing Real Estate brokerage firm seeking marketing and management employee

Ideal candidate will have the following:

- entrepreneurial mind

- have experience in real estate marketing, sales, management

- be a team player

- be a licensed sales person in VA/MD/DC

- creative writing skills

Following position will include duties such as:

- Help expand the real estate brand

- Strategize, execute and manage a variety of ad campaigns to market the brokerage from beginning to end

- Build brand awareness through various media outlets

- Will be responsible for developing and maintaining budget

- Overall brokerage management for Virginia and upcoming Maryland Office

- Will play a key roll in helping to launch Maryland Office

- Help execute a recruiting plan to grow the brokerage
