Real Estate Settlement Processor/Post Closer

We are seeking to hire a part-time or full-time real estate Title Processor or Post-Closer. The company offers health insurance and a retirement savings program. Processing an average of 20 files per month. Experience in processing & clearing title, creating & issuing binders, generating and balancing CD's, familiar with following post-closing lender instructions, recording & issuing policies.

Some other activities will include: coordinate and schedule closings, monitor & reply to emails, send welcome emails/updates & track transaction progress, answer phones & emails, assist where necessary.

Title license and Qualia experience preferred.
