Maintenance technician needed for a busy homeowner Association in Prince George’s County, ability to work in a fast paced environment, minor plumbing and electrical skills required, ability to troubleshoot water leaks, good drywall repair skills, own your own tools, willing to be on call, must own a car or means of transportation, possess good driving record and must be willing to submit to a random drug test.
