Capital Markets Attorney for Long Term Temporary Assignment

Solomon Page is seeking several attorneys with Capital Markets experience for a three (3) month plus long temporary assignment. Work will be remote.

Qualified candidates need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience with the following: IPOs, SPAC IPOs, secondaries, shelf takedowns, PIPES, Exchange Act filings and Securities Exchange compliance.

Hourly compensation will fall somewhere between $100 - $150 per hour and will be commensurate with experience. Working 8-10 hours per day with flexibility to work longer hours if needed.

Must be admitted in DC, CA, IL and/or NY in order to be considered.
