Title: Help Desk - Washington DC

Company: This Help Desk position is with a client of ours in their Tysons Corner, VA office! The client deeply cares about their employees, and you will have the chance to learn/work with some of the top professionals in your field.

Role

  • Provide Tier I & II Support directly to the client's customers

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in customer setting up, installing, and troubleshooting of application user accounts, roles and permissions
  • Strong knowledge of multiple hardware and software applications include Microsoft and Linux based platforms
  • Strong communicator, able to successfully work with wide range of end-users to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Length: 6 Month Rolling Contract

Pay Rate: $20-25/hr
