- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
- Develop or modify procedures to solve moderate to complex problems within information systems.
- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
- Facilitate stakeholder briefings, meetings and/or elicitation sessions.
- Execute requirements reviews with stakeholders and record results of reviews, updating requirements data as a result of the reviews.
- Complete a Requirements Package that includes all Epics, stakeholder needs, visualizations, stories, and other sources of requirements information for functional and non-functional requirements. The Requirements Package shall also include mock-ups, visual aids, and dynamic wireframes as required to demonstrate the navigation, taxonomy, menus and dependencies between features in the user interface (UI) and all aspects of the presentation layer that interact with the user.
- Identify risks in systems and work with technical experts and stakeholders to mitigate risks and resolve issues
- Provide daily, week and monthly metrics as required to leadership and practice partners
- A Bachelor's Degree + 1-2 years of related experience (3 years of additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for education).
- 1-2 years experience analyzing business processes.
- 1-2 years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or knowledge of implementing the Agile methodology.
- 1 years in risk analysis and risk management.
- 1 years in business, functional and technical knowledge of computer systems.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business analytics tools.
- Experience with Office 365 and other MS tools.
- Reporting and cost analysis skills.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
- Ability to sit at a workstation for long periods of time.
- Occasional travel may be required.
