Greeter - Doozydog! Club WDC

The Greeter primarily works at the Reception Desk - greets Members, sells, manages appointments, cleans, and promotes an irresistible experience for each Member. Responsibilities include:

1. Greet Members with a smile and have a friendly, service oriented approach. Learn and use the names of the dogs and humans.

2. Knowledgeable of all Club services, products, features and benefits and able to promote and articulate knowledge and sell with a friendly, sales-through-service philosophy.

3. Be fully aware of Club policies and procedures and respond to Members' concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely, professional manner.

4. Enter and maintain accurate Member records; ensure all new Member forms are complete and accurate; verify vaccine records with veterinarian and request copies of certificates; add appropriate notes to dog record regarding any behavior concerns or special needs. Filing.

5. Check-in dogs, accurately enter all information for the dogs visit including feeding, medication, walks. Secure leashes and belongings, inform pick up time and fees.

6. Manage departing dogs, collect service fees; return all belongings.

7. Schedule appointments accurately and make reservations for Members.

8. Respond to all phone inquires using the Clubs service method to obtain contact information and schedule and appointment.

9. Register guests, tour potential members, give rate presentation and perform follow up calls.

10. Verify account status; resolve billing and payment problems.

11. Maintain stats on various performance standards.

12. Maintain overall organization of the reception area.

13. Continuously monitor and immediate clean up of excrement, urine or vomit.

14. Maintain a sparkling clean reception area including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, washing, sanitizing, trash and laundry.

Looking for detailed oriented individual with strong work ethics and positive attitude who enjoys helping others. Must enjoy multi-tasking and fast paced work environment. One year experience in the service industry helpful as well as one year experience in the animal field helpful. Past experience working in a Veterinarian office highly desirable.
