Patient Placement Coordinator

As a Direct Admission Center Patient Placement Coordinator, you'll manage in-patient bed placement requests, ensuring timely placements and smooth direct admissions flow. You'll support Pre-Admit issue resolution, train staff on bedboard systems, and coordinate efforts among Patient Placement, Care Management, and Admitting teams. You'll also maintain accurate records and drive process improvements.
