Job Description In this compelling Compliance and ; Ethics (Cand ;E) leadership position, you are the corporate ethics subject matter expert responsible for running the internal operations and end-to-end management of Fannie Mae’s Ethics Program (FM Ethics). FM Ethics administers the Code of Conduct, manages the FM Ethics Line, manages conflicts of interest (COI) and business courtesies (BC) disclosures, provides policy advice and guidance, develops ethics programming, upholds Fannie Mae’s commitment to non-retaliation, and fosters and maintains Fannie Mae’s ethical culture through training, outreach, and conducting assessments.
