You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Implementing, coordinating, and overseeing major department-wide mission or administrative programs; Providing technical assistance to management staff in matters relating to the application of planning systems and management programs; Implementing, and monitoring sophisticated management information systems focusing on long and short-range plans, policies and programs; Planning and coordinating planning management through briefings, presentations, and assisting with conferences for executive management; and Providing oversight and coordinating the identification, analysis, and issuance of policies with managers.
