Analyst (Emergency Response-Temporary)

Position Objective: The objective of this position is to provide the planning, analysis and managing of resources to support emergency response activities. Length of deployment is contingent upon response needs and funding. The candidate will work either a standard eight (8) hour shift or twelve-hour shifts. The candidate may work a rotating schedule that will incur overtime. The candidate must be able to work day or night shift as assigned, including weekends. Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties/Tasks may include:Provide data entry and coordination with the Pharma and Medical Cache in resupplying commodities and tracking load plans and developing spreadsheets for data management. Candidates will be working with teams to complete the reports and materials for consolidation.

Provide information gathering and data management in deploying and demobilizing team members and resources to and from the field, while also maintaining the team/members accountability. The candidate will be responsible for completing reports and participating in conference calls by reporting related information.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor Degree and 4 years’ experience

This position requires the candidate to provide data entry; possess excellent computer skills; oral and written communication skills; able to analyze data; be a quick learner and able to operate in a fast paced and elevated stressful environment.

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required

Minimum Qualifications:Ability to work up to 12 hours a day (AM or PM shift will be assigned), up to 7days a week, depending on emergency response needs

Ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week and/or to adjust normally scheduled hours, which may include evening and weekends

Prior experience in supply chain management, medical logistics, data analytics or emergency response preferred

Basic understanding of the National Response Framework (ESF #8) and National Incident Management System (NIMS) preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding information accessed or discussed while performing the duties of the position
