Identify and Access Management Specialist, SeniorThe Challenge: Do you want to play an important role in the world of identity and access management and zero t rus t? You know that the user is the last frontier for cybersecurity. It's where the perimeter isdrawn, and securing identities is pivotal in the fight against cybercriminals. As an Identity and Access Management ( IAM ) Engineer, you'll use your skills and experience to keep hackers from taking data and breaking processes. We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their missions without disruption.In this role, you'll support large-scale IAM projects for our government clients. You'll directly interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to delve into the details and dependencies of critical processes and users' roles within them. You'll analyze the identity lifecycle , articulating access requirements and defining enterprise identity records. You'll use your experience in IAM to design, deploy, and support systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for accessing our clients' most valuable assets. From single sign-on to privileged access systems, you'll have the chance to implement enterprise class solutions and stop adversaries in their tracks.Are you ready to help us as we support the cybersecurity posture of our government clients?Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:- 8+ years of experience with IT, including: supporting access management solutions, including user privileges management, user credential management, or user security behavior monitoring
- 4+ years of experience in supporting IAM, security operations and threat response, or security architecture
- 4+ years of experience with COTS IAM tools, including CyberArk, Broadcom Layer 7 / CA PAM, Centrify or Bey ond T rus t
- Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP management, configuration, or design; PKI, X509, SSO across multiple domains; 2FA via PIV or CAC and scripting and coding
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- SANS, GIAC or ISC2, CISSP Certification
- 3+ years of experience with implementing IAM tools in an enterprise environment
- Experience with SailPoint
- Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS
- Experience with an SIEM tool, preferably Splu nk or the ELK stack
- Experience with authoring Cybersecurity guidance, including policies , strategies, and whitepapers
- Experience with implementing PKI and PIV standards
- Knowledge of HTTP, XML, REST, JSON a plus
- Bachelor's degree
