Job Description

As a valued leader on our HR Technology Products team, you will manage a team responsible for all native reporting to all HR Technologies. You will consult with the internal customers, design, and develop reports that meet their requirements, and implement reporting cadence schedules. In this role, you will develop/enhance procedures and processes for verifying report accuracy and ensure that they fulfill the business needs.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Human Resources Product Reporting Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the team responsible for gathering HR reporting requirements, design, and development.
  • Oversee gathering of data and information for HR and workforce reports to be provide to internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate interactions with key stakeholders to ensure that reports meet the business or regulatory need.
  • Deploy self-service capabilities to HR stakeholders and business partners where applicable.
  • Review reports for accuracy and timeliness, provide insightful analysis, and explain reporting results.
  • Manage and maintain reporting standards and inventory and support all reporting audit requests.
  • Mentor staff designing or producing reports using information gathered.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 6 years related experience
  • HCM and HR platform experience
  • Prior experience working with key stakeholders to develop timely and accurate reports
  • Excellent relationship management and partnership development abilities with stakeholders of varying levels with technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Ability to effectively influence, negotiate and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Strong people manager with a focus on the development and growth of others

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of reporting and management presentation tools i.e., Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint
