Job Description

In this compelling leadership position, you will be accountable for creating and implementing enterprise-wide change management strategies-as a pillar of success-for delivering products, services, and capabilities to maximize adoption and minimize resistance through engagement, learning, and listening.

The

Digital Transformation Change Management Directorsets the vision and strategy for the Organizational Change Management (OCM) capability. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. This role provides counsel to senior leaders regarding their change journey to successfully adopt long lasting change. This role sets OCM tactical plans to meet change management demand. This will include designing, developing, and delivering of communications, digital learning and collateral material to execute the OCM strategy and drive learning and adoption across various efforts. This role will also serve as an expert to lead and advise the OCM team.

Digital Transformation Change Management Directorrole will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with executives and program leaders to define OCM strategy; provides strategic advisory services to leadership and program teams on OCM Change Programs
  • Develops Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), as well as tactical plans to execute against defined objectives; this includes communication plans, coaching plans, training plans, resistance management plans, etc.
  • Identifies the most expected points of resistance to change and develops mechanisms to reduce resistance and uncertainty to foster a positive acceptance of change within the organization
  • Creates and enables reinforcements and celebrations of success to increase employee engagement and buy-in.
  • Provides integration perspective on ETSE leadership alignment and integration of functions
  • Drives leaders to understand end user adoption as a foundational pillar of success in launching new products, services, and capabilities by creating metrics that are adhered to by FM stakeholders
  • Reports to leadership on OCM progress and effectiveness of the change journey leveraging metrics and mechanisms to track implementation and adoption of change
  • Advises leadership and program teams to drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in alignment with OCM CoE framework
  • Leads the OCM team in successfully executing against established short and long term plans
  • Effectively collaborate with other stakeholders such us HR, Transformation team, Enterprise Planning and Prioritization team among other stakeholder groups

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Ideal candidate has a strong background in Organizational Behavior and Effectiveness and Change Management. Knowledge of Financial Services, Technology and Consulting and perspective on strategy, execution, monitoring and reporting.

Minimum Required Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • 8+ years of multi-industry or general consulting background that includes experience working with leaders at the level of CXO, Business, or Divisional heads and their direct reports
  • Experience offering perspectives and insights regarding the discipline of change management and have the capacity to listen, learn and influence stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to envision and create a long term OCM program vision
  • Ability to listen and learn from stakeholders with the ability to offer perspectives and insights into the art of the possible and influence stakeholders
  • Experience buildingstrong relationships and achieve results through strong interpersonal skills that help drive, inspire and influence collaboration
  • Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects
  • Experience facilitatingand leading workshops
  • Experience leading efforts to provide educational programs on the discipline of OCM to relevant stakeholders

Desired Experiences

  • 10+ years of multi-industry or general consulting background that includes experience working with leaders at the level of CXO, Business, or Divisional heads and their direct reports
  • Experience in Lean Agile transformations
  • Seasoned in business management, with demonstrated versatility in understanding and advising on the issues that confront senior leaders
  • Strong in-person presence, and theability to command confidence and trust when interacting with senior leaders in both one-to-one and group settings
  • Skillful facilitator with demonstrated ability to challenge and intervene as needed
  • Familiarity with mortgage industry and/or lean management systems
  • Master’s in Business Administration or Equivalent
