Are you ready to make a difference?The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 4 web devleopers in publishing content for GAO. Understanding and supporting a web publishgin application developed in PHP. Working with the client on identifying and correcting issues to ensure reports are published in a timely manner. Managing the team to ensure that each person is managing their tasks, and understand their roles and responsibilities. Attending meetings with the client in person and via phone as necessary to report status and resolve issues in real time.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience)

2+ years managing a team of web developers

5+ years’ work experience with SDLC, and experience with web applications and databases

5+ year developing applications using PHP

5+ years working in an Agile/Scrum environment

5+ years using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript

3+ years using version control systems such as GitHub or BitBucket

Desired Qualifications5+ years working with APIs, and integrating with external web services including REST, XML, or JSON

3+ years in applying accessibility best practices (Section 508 compliance)
