Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Lead to work on an exciting new government project! This is a long term contract working with a very reputable firm and is located in Washington D.C. Candidates must be US Citizens and must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. This role will start around $70 - $80 hourly DOE with room for negotiation.

Role Description :

Tech Lead will lead a small team and can switch assignments in a disciplined and fast-paced environment. Must be confident to tackle complex problems, and will be expected to work within DevOps environment to design, develop, test, and deploy Java/JVM language technologies, including microservices. Successful candidates will be great communicators, strong Java/JVM language skills, experience with CI/CD, technical leader, experienced with Agile software development methodology and effective collaborator working with cross-functional teams.

Work in fast-paced team of java developers
Lead design and development activities
Work independently and with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to complex business and technical challenges
Able to communicate with other teams and understand the application requirements so that the data infrastructure is compatible and suitable for Analytics and other areas
