Location: Washington, DC Description: Our client is currently seeking a MSFT Azure/M365 Engineer

This role is 100% ON SITE in Washington DC

We we are seeking a Microsoft365/Active Directory/OneDrive engineer to support work on our federal client's infrastructure operations, maintenance, and support services on site in Washington, DC.

Primary responsibilities include:

Ensuring the availability, accessibility, and functionality of Azure Active Directory and CFTC M365 Services, Currently Exchange and Teams

Support deployment of M365 infrastructure as required to support future deployments.

Support the future implementation of OneDrive

Handle technical related escalations from service desk, system administrators and project staff

Understand and support the user experience through service desk coordination and enablement of request and restoration activities

Lead the discussions to coordinate integration and migration planning

Required Experience:

12 years and Bachelor's degree in computer science or 14 years equivalent experience in lieu of degree

Prior hands on experience supporting solutions with M365 with Teams and Outlook integration with pass-through authentication

Prior O365 and OneDrive migration experience

Skills: Microsoft365/Office365, Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, Active Directory, DNS, PowerShell, Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS), Defender ATP, Azure Information Protection, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
