Java Software Engineer

Our client in Wilmington, DE is looking for a Java Software Engineer to join their growing team.

Skills & Responsibilities:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
Passionate about building an innovative culture
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
Experience in Enterprise Application Development
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages to include Java/J2EE. Prefer Full stack Java developer
Software development using Java/JavaScript, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, Struts, XML, Web Services/SOA and HTML.
Experience building scalable and robust modern Java application
Frontend and Backend testing tools such as Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium, Dev Test, Soap UI, JMeter
Understanding of cloud concepts, including the role of containers and Kubernetes
