Delaware, Wilmington, 19803 Wilmington USARole : Flexara SME/Flexara (Appbroker) Location : Wilmington, DE (Remote) Must-Have Minimum 7+ years of overall experience Minimum 3+ Years of relevant experience in SAM tool (i.e., App broker / FNMS) implementation, Upgrade and migration Support catalog creation and maintenance process, Standard template loading into App Broker, Syncing to ServiceNow, Icons & icon syncing Managing Catalog permissions Maintain activate or deactivate catalog items in the ServiceNow service catalog Maintain Catalog Categories to catalog hierarchy in ServiceNow Manage and configure License reclamation rules & policies Coordinate with stakeholder to support new catalog item creation Support on Catalog item change deployment from dev/test to production Co-ordinate with respective application and packaging team for catalog creation Able to understand the Workflows within Service Now and between ServiceNow and Flexera Ability to create technical documents (high-level design, low-level design, workflows etc.) Strong communication skills (English language) Ability to effectively work with global team members Good-to-Have Have done minimum 2-3 App broker/ FNMS implementation and integration independently Hands on experience on SAM tool integration with different business applications (ITSM tools ServiceNow, Remedy, Active Directory) Ability to create and define detailed project plans Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Support work to be carried out as per SOW. 2 Handle App broker implementation, Integration, Migration, Upgrade independently or minimum support 3 Configure and document technical aspects of implementation, Integration, Migration, Upgrade SYSMIND LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
