Our client, one of the largest banks in the US with wealth management, investment banking, and international business, is seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant

Location: Newark, DE

Position Type: Contract

Job Description: -Candidate will serve in a key role supporting technical tasks involved in the creation of test automation frameworks for Middleware, database and UI applications using HPs Unified Functional Tester (UFT), Quick Test Pro (QTP) or Tricentis TOSCA. -This role will also be responsible for implementation of automated test execution in a Continuous Integration agile environment. -Candidate will function as a Fraud Technology Quality Assurance (QA) team member. -QA responsibilities include system and problem analysis associated with complex applications development and test automation development activities throughout the SLDC lifecycle. -Constructs automated test scenarios, cases and scripts, ensuring that requirement coverage is adequate and business requirements, functional specifications and designs are linked to test artifacts. -Design automated solutions for middleware applications to validate Soap/REST/XML/JSON messages. -Design automated solutions to validate messaging communication using webservices/MQ/Kafka. -Responsible for continuous process improvement resulting in improved time to market and test efficiencies.

Required Skills: -6 - 10 years software testing experience. -5-7 years testing automation including Quick Test Pro (QTP), Unified Functional Tester (UFT) or Tricentis TOSCA -2 -3 years HP Quality Center v11 / HP ALM v12. -2 -3 years experience developing queries on SQL or Oracle. -Hands on experience in Automation Framework designing, VB scripting libraries, descriptive programming techniques. -Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodology. -Hands-on experience on desigining Keyword, Data-Driven and Hybrid Automation Frameworks. -Hands-on experience in automating middleware messages SOAP/REST/XML/JSON using UFT -Optimistic, results oriented, self motivated and adaptable individuals. -Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related technical degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Skills: -2 -3 years JAVA coding or equivalent development experience. -2 -3 years Tricentis TOSCA or Parasoft SOA in middleware testing. -2 years experience in ETL, Hadoop or non-UI middleware. -1 - 2 years domain experience in Fraud and/or Claims within the Card.
