Position: Healthcare IT Project Manager Location: Remote/Home Office Duration: Until 09/30/2022 with possible extension (long-term project) Max Rate: Open Interview: Video Visa Restrictions: None Our client has an immediate opening for an Integration Project Manager supporting a major Healthcare partner in a remote capacity. This Project Manager will be helping our client with 2 integrations of their NCompass product, integrating with Verint and Avaya Chat. Position Description: The Integration Project Manager will oversee 2 integrations with an internal product and will have full accountability for the work effort to integrate 2 applications with the internal product. They will oversee and develop business and vendor requirements for stakeholders, user groups and vendors. The ideal candidate will be Experienced PM preferably with healthcare background and IT projects. What You'll Get to Do: Develop and maintain plan-specific project management documentation for assigned projects. Document and communicate to client and vendors about current and proposed process flows for business and vendor requirements in order to secure commitment in using these processes which will help reduce risk and ensure a successful outcome of the project Develop cost/benefit analyses (if applicable), benchmarking analyses and risk management plans for business, vendor and IT deliverables by using Project Management Methodology (PMM) to lessen the number of defects and mitigate risk of the project failing Verify environmental readiness for client server and multiple vendors between NPS modules Evaluate technical log issues during all phases of the Project Actively manage project risks throughout the development lifecycle Organize and lead user group meetings Provide functional expertise in regard to product, application and services Coordinate business and vendor testing requirements for stakeholders by ensuring interviews, questionnaires and team meetings are taking place that are used to identify and mitigate risk Develop Plan readiness assessment criteria during User Acceptance Phases (including knowledge transition to the Plan in order for the Plan to successfully provide ongoing production support) Provide information for Help Desk knowledge tree construction Creates project budgets and track project expenses to ensure project stays within budget Translate customers' business system design into scope, work break down structures and schedule using Project Management Methodology and tools to ensure all critical tasks required to complete activities are incorporated in the Project Plan Lead stake holders in testing, implementation, and issues resolution by monitoring and tracking test case completion reports to ensure tasks are being completed in accordance with work plan Manage day-to-day customer and enterprise vendor relationship with all vendors via all available mediums to ensure effective communication across all delivery teams Establish and review unit and user test plans and schedules via all available mediums to ensure all data and input is accurate and complete prior to start of execution Develop and submit project status reports to Customer Relations management, customers and vendor partners via email to ensure proactive communication is being provided Manage evaluations and recommendations of technical and business solutions to meet company and customer business and system strategies by collaborating with all areas indicated to ensure adherence to Architecture guidelines Conduct informal coaching activities with less experienced associates Develop initial project-specific implementation strategies Direct the creation of test data and recommend scope and direction changes Provide support throughout implementation activities to Plan Business Readiness teams via all mediums to ensure all training and operational work flows are accurately documented Represent assigned business or system interests to various committees Recommend suggestions for implementing project delivery process improvements Performs other duties as assigned by manager You'll Bring these Qualifications: Minimum of 7-10 years of Project Management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of PMI principles or standard project management methodology Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams and remote customers (work requires the ability to manage a small matrix team to coordinate tasks, keep them focused, address any concerns and ensure that the project is successful) Be a motivated self-starter and aggressive worker with high attention to detail Level of discipline to work independently and remotely with the majority of interaction with others being over the phone Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and the plan Excellent ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone PMP Certification Proven expertise using Project Management Methods Excellent workgroup management skills Excellent analytical skills Good facilitation skills Good relationship management skills Good writing and verbal communication skills Proficient computer skills with recent working experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project or PlanView
