Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager for a large Janitorial Company. Such manager would be responsible for managing multiple accounts and many individual cleaners. Requirements:

Good driving record a must.

Supervisory or managerial experience in the janitorial filed is a must.

Computer skills necessary - email, Excel, Word, ADP, Work Order systems, etc.

Bi-lingual is a plus, although not an absolute.

Willing to be on call 24/7

Able to work day or night shift.

Excellent communication skills needed.

Ability to clean if needed and to lift up to 50 pounds. Supply deliveries are a part of the job.

Good personal appearance important.
