• Product owner role, partnering with business stake holds to define priorities, drive process improvement, direct team.
• All operational priorities of digital teams
• Has indirect reports of scrum masters, BA’s quality engineers
• A background as a software engineer would be helpful
• Scum master, Agile, data business analyst and project manager skill set
• Cloud would be a strong asset; data warehouse knowledge experience is a plus
• BI Intelligent tools experience
• Managing multiple projects, in various stages of the SDLC, at one time.
• Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Leading infrastructure-related projects such as network upgrades, hardware procurement, , and/or industrial automation/SCADA initiatives
• Aiding in definition of systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Presenting, communicating, and articulating effectively to all levels of the organization (including technical and non-technical audiences, Senior Leadership, VPs and C-Level Executives).
• Ability to interface with senior-level stakeholders in both Information Technology and the business units to partner on project scope, risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Understanding all aspects of the IT Governance and reporting.
• Project planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance.
