POSITION SUMMARY As a Senior Systems Engineer on the Project Team, you will be spending about half your time in the office/remote; developing technical implementation plans for short to intermediate term projects, performing prep, communicating with stakeholders, verifying pre-requisites have been met, and determining what project resources you ll need to successfully complete your assigned projects. The other half of your time will be spent on-site, leading a small team of project engineers in Level III implementation and support for those projects. You will be responsible for installation and documentation of new network/infrastructure products and services including but not limited to Windows Servers, WAPs, Firewalls, Switches, Office365 Deployments, Azure Deployments, Wireless networks, PC and Mac desktops, desktop application software, and various peripheral devices. The Project Team is responsible for implementing technical and productivity improvement solutions that revolutionize how entire organizations do business. This is not a break / fix job (unless you break it.) Project Team members are the tip of the spear, touching all new technology first, getting the most experience with all facets of the IT lifecycle, and consequently growing their careers the fastest.

DESIRED SKILLSET / EXPERIENCE

• 4-10 years of work experience with start to finish deployment of IT solutions
• Proficiency with all current Windows operating systems mandatory, Apple desirable
• Server 2008-2019 Experience is required
• Advanced TCP/IP & Network troubleshooting skills are required
• Active Directory and Group Policy
• O365 / Azure Migration, Deployments, Administration & Troubleshooting
• Sonicwall Experience preferred but not required (any firewall/router experience is sufficient)
• Advanced understanding of networking concepts - Routing/Switching/VLANs
• VMware experience is a plus
• SAN migration / deployment is a plus
• Experience with Powershell scripting is a plus
• Microsoft, Apple, SonicWall, Cisco, and other IT vendor certifications desirable
