Job Details
  • Conceptualize and define visual brand representation of Hedgeye's image, style, voice
  • Create and implement compelling, original designs for interactive platforms and marketing materials
  • Work collaboratively across teams translating business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually exciting, easy to use, and emotionally engaging
  • Create visual designs that effectively communicate and connect product function and brand identity
  • Maintain branding consistency across all projects, media and distribution channels
Skills Required

  • Strong Design skills including but not limited to: logo design, color theory, typography, composition, grids, layout
  • Proficient with Adobe Graphic design packages, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Proficient with design prototype tools such as Sketch, Marvel, and Invision
  • Experience taking a single creative concept and making it work across multiple media
  • Ability to take design action related to branding, marketing, product, user experience, and content strategies into a conceptual and visual framework
  • Strong understanding of how design is interpreted and executed by front end web and mobile development
  • Knowledge of designing for web, mobile and email standards
Education/Work Experience

  • 5-8 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with responsibility for brand management
  • Successful experience with web and mobile projects
  • Strong portfolio, preferably multivariate (packaging, print, web, mobile)
  • Demonstrated experience with relevant software and tools for design and images editing
  • Actively contributing to online community projects, blogs, and an individual online portfolio or site
  • BS degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
