RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Business Analyst in Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables Gathering requirements, user stories, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, etc.Creating presentationsDo research to answer questions and solve problems

REQUIREMENTS: 10 + years of experience Digital experience a plus Bilingual experience (e.g: Spanish) Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus Project management experience a plus Visio process flow experience
