RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Quality Assurance Analyst III in Stamford, CT.
Key Tasks: Quality Assurance Analyst will actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience for the chatbots Proactively drive bot enhancements, new features, and channels to ensure customer experience is industry-leading As a QA Analyst, you will deeply understand and recommend technologies and self-service systems to ensure the customer experience is convenient and easy to use by our customers Perform analysis, trending and communication of key performance indicators and business initiatives Make recommendations based on data for process improvement and strategic business decision making Compile Executive level reporting and presentations as required Continuously iterate and improve chatbots experience, based on extensive analysis of chat flows, exit points, utilization, intent performance, and chat reviews QA Analysts build effective relationships with the Vendor, IT, and Business Operation teams Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis of chatbot system performance, user behavior, and self-support transaction success rates Proactively identify customer experience trends and propose solutionsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience Experience in related industry (Telecommunications, Chatbot, Cable): 3 years Business analysis experience: 3 years Product Management Experience: 3 yearsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
