Now’s the time to join the Kelly team as a Team Technician at Smith Medical, Southington, CT a leading global manufacturer of specialty medical devicesGet ready to jump in for a rewarding career!What’s a typical day as a Team Technician?Responsible for ensuring the correct operation of automatic and semi-automatic assembly production equipment in accordance with governing documentation

Identify and record problems relating to the product, or process and provide solutions and recommendations to help with the affectivity of continuous operational improvements

Troubleshooting, repairing, and doing preventative maintenance of equipment along with material disposition and handling

Responsible for training of new employees, workflow, production, and answering job-related questions and all other duties assigned

Have excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills

Have 1-2 years of manufacturing experience

Can fulfil physical demands include standing, stooping, crouching, climbing, bilateral motion involving hands, wrists and upper body

Can life 35 lbs. or less and pushing 80 lbs. or less
